We're committed to your satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling in any of our business development programs.

At kinoreplex, we understand that investing in business development education is a significant decision. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you peace of mind when you choose to learn with us.

We process refunds according to the specific circumstances of your enrolment and the timing of your request. Different scenarios apply different conditions, so it's worth reading through this entire policy before reaching out.

Please note: This policy applies to all courses, workshops, and training programs offered through kinoreplex. Some specialty programs may have additional terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of enrolment.

Eligibility Criteria

Before requesting a refund, check that your situation meets one of the following criteria. Not all circumstances qualify for a full refund, but we try to find reasonable solutions wherever possible.

Pre-Course Withdrawal

If you withdraw more than 14 days before your course start date, you're eligible for a full refund minus a $95 administrative fee. This gives us time to offer your spot to another participant.

Early Withdrawal

Withdrawals made 7-14 days before the start date receive a 70% refund. Withdrawals within 7 days receive a 50% refund. After the course begins, standard refunds aren't available.

Course Cancellation

If we need to cancel a scheduled course due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund with no deductions. We'll also offer priority placement in the next available session.

Medical or Emergency

Documented medical emergencies or significant personal circumstances may qualify for special consideration. Each case is reviewed individually, and we work with you to find a fair solution.

Dissatisfaction Claims

If you're not satisfied with course quality within the first two sessions, contact us to discuss your concerns. We may offer a transfer to another program or partial refund depending on the specific situation.

Technical Issues

For online courses, if persistent technical problems on our end prevent you from accessing content, we'll investigate and may offer a refund or course extension based on the severity and duration.

How to Request a Refund

Submit Your Request

Send an email to help@kinoreplex.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Include your full name, course name, enrolment date, and the reason for your refund request. The more details you provide, the faster we can process it.

Provide Documentation

Attach any relevant documentation that supports your request. For medical circumstances, include a doctor's certificate. For technical issues, send screenshots or error messages. This helps us assess your eligibility quickly.

Review and Confirmation

Our team will review your request within three business days. You'll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved, and if so, what amount you'll receive. We aim to be transparent about how we calculated the refund.

Processing Payment

Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The funds will return to your original payment method. For bank transfers or unusual payment methods, processing might take slightly longer.

Common Refund Scenarios

Changed Your Mind Before Course Starts

You enrolled in a September 2025 workshop but realized it conflicts with your schedule. If you notify us 14+ days before the start date, you'll receive a full refund minus the $95 admin fee.

Attended First Session, Not Satisfied

After attending the first session of a six-week course, you feel the content doesn't match your expectations. Contact us within 48 hours of the second session to discuss options. We might offer a 60% refund or transfer to a different course.

Course Rescheduled by kinoreplex

We had to reschedule your November 2025 course to January 2026 due to instructor availability. You can't attend the new dates. You qualify for a full refund with no deductions, or priority placement in an alternative course.

Expected refund: 100% of course fee | Processing time: 5-7 business days

Medical Emergency During Course

You needed surgery halfway through a course and can't complete it. With proper documentation, we'll review your case individually. Options may include partial refund, credit toward a future course, or access to recorded sessions.

Expected outcome: Individual assessment | Review time: 5-7 business days

Technical Problems With Online Access

You couldn't access online course materials for more than three sessions despite our support team's attempts to help. After investigating, if the issue was on our end, you'll receive a pro-rated refund or course extension.

Initial Review

Your refund request will be reviewed and you'll receive a response within three business days of submission.

7-10 Days

Standard Processing

Once approved, most refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

10-14 Days

Bank Transfers

For refunds requiring direct bank transfers, processing may take 10-14 business days depending on your financial institution.

5-7 Days

Special Cases

Requests involving medical documentation or complex circumstances may require additional review time of 5-7 business days.

Important Conditions

  • Refunds are only available for the course fee itself. Any additional materials, textbooks, or resources purchased separately are non-refundable once delivered.
  • If you received a discount code or promotional pricing, your refund will be calculated based on the amount you actually paid, not the original price.
  • Payment plan participants must have no outstanding installments before a refund can be processed. Any missed payments will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Course credits or gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with written notice at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after course completion will not be considered unless there are exceptional documented circumstances.
  • For group bookings or corporate training, separate refund terms apply. Contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
  • Refunds processed to credit cards may appear as a credit on your statement rather than a direct deposit, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Refund Payment Methods

Credit/Debit Card

Refunds are automatically returned to the original card used for payment. Processing takes 7-10 business days, though your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Bank Transfer

If you paid via direct bank transfer, provide your BSB and account number. Refunds typically arrive within 10-14 business days after approval.

PayPal

PayPal refunds are returned to your PayPal account within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email notification when the refund is initiated.

Payment Plans

If you're on a payment plan, we'll calculate your refund based on the proportion of the course completed and any outstanding installments. The remaining balance will be refunded via your original payment method.
